[Shenzhen, June 11,2026] —— CPVAN, a company specialising in highly reliable security terminals, today announced the launch of the CP4 keypad-style security control panel. Featuring a compact keypad design, the product incorporates a built-in 4G SIM card slot and supports dual SMS and voice call alerts. It also integrates with the Tuya Smart ecosystem, is compatible with Google Home and Amazon Alexa voice control, and features a 120-decibel high-pitched siren. With intuitive keypad operation and RFID-enabled quick arming and disarming, the CP4 offers small shops, offices ,and home users an economical security solution that continues to send alerts even when the internet connection is lost.

4G dual-network redundancy: SMS and voice alerts remain available even when the network is down
In addition to supporting standard Wi-Fi connectivity and Tuya app push notifications, the CP4 control panel features a built-in 4G module that accepts standard SIM cards (supporting voice calls and text messages). Should the home or office network fail, the control panel automatically switches to the 4G network and sends text messages containing zone locations to up to five pre-set numbers; simultaneously, it dials the numbers sequentially to play customised voice alerts (e.g., “Front door opened abnormally”). Users can also remotely arm or disarm the system by sending specific command SMS messages (such as “away arm” or “disarm”), with the control panel replying via SMS to confirm the action taken. This design addresses the common issue with similar keypad control panels that rely solely on Wi-Fi—which can result in loss of connection during network outages—ensuring that alarm notifications are delivered regardless of the network conditions.
Smart Ecosystem Integration: Compatible with Tuya App Remote Control and Voice Platforms
The CP4 hub is fully integrated with the Tuya Smart / Smart Life ecosystem, allowing users to remotely arm and disarm the system, view event logs and receive real-time notifications via the app. The app supports customising zone names, setting scheduled tasks ,and adjusting parameters such as alarm delay. It is also compatible with Google Home and Amazon Alexa, enabling users to check the hub’s status or arm the system via voice commands. The hub features a built-in 1500mAh backup lithium battery that can maintain system operation for 4–6 hours after a power cut, ensuring security remains uninterrupted during power outages.
Built-in 120-decibel siren: on-site deterrence far surpasses that of comparable products
The CP4 control panel features a built-in 120-decibel high-pitched siren and buzzer, with a sound pressure level exceeding that of mainstream keypad control panels (typically 85–100 decibels) by more than 20%. When the alarm is triggered, this volume is sufficient to cover open areas of over 200 square metres, providing an immediate deterrent to intruders. The siren and buzzer can be controlled independently, making them suitable for scenarios requiring high-intensity on-site alerts, such as shops and warehouses.
Keypad design and installation: RFID quick arming and disarming, supports 52 wireless sensors
The CP4 features a keypad-style panel design with backlit keys and supports wall mounting or desktop placement. The control panel comes pre-configured with 1 administrator password (9876) and 6 user passwords (User 1 defaults to 1234), and supports RFID tag arming and disarming (125KHz, up to 6 tags). Users can quickly switch the arming status simply by touching the sensor area, without having to enter a password each time. The control panel supports up to 52 wireless sensors (door contacts, PIRs, panic buttons, etc.), 6 remote controls and 6 RFID tags. The wireless protocol is 433MHz (ev1527), with a reception range of up to 100 metres in open areas. Note: This model is not compatible with fire safety accessories such as smoke or gas detectors; it is designed specifically for security intrusion detection scenarios. The product’s operating temperature range is -10°C to 50°C, making it suitable for most indoor environments.
OTA Updates: Continuous Optimisation and Feature Iterations
The CP4 control panel supports OTA firmware updates. CPVAN will continue to optimise system stability and add new features (such as custom voice prompts and multilingual interfaces), which will be pushed to end users via the cloud. This feature reduces after-sales maintenance costs for installers and end users, enabling system issues to be resolved without on-site visits.
Supply Information
The CP4 keypad-style security control panel is now in mass production, with a lead time of 7–10 working days for standard orders. The product supports OEM/ODM customisation (control panel logo, app interface, packaging), with a customisation lead time of 4–6 weeks. The control panel has obtained CE, FCC, RoHS certifications.
